To Lock a Document

  1. Be sure the appropriate document is displayed in the Content pane.
  2. Use the Action Bar Lock icon to lock the chosen database record.

    The Locked document displays the following information:

  3. Use the Action Bar Unlock icon to unlock the selected document.
